How much does mobile bar hire cost?
Every event is different, so mobile bar hire prices depend on your guest numbers, location, drinks selection and whether you'd like extras such as a mobile cocktail bar or additional bartenders. Rather than a one-size-fits-all price list, we put together a tailored quote for your event. Do you accept card payments?
Yes, unlike a lot of mobile bars we do accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard). This is dependent on there being a mobile signal or Wifi access at the event. Please ensure this is tested prior to the day if you want your guests to be able to pay by card.
What happens if we don’t meet the minimum spend?
In most cases the minimum spend is easily achievable within the first few hours of an event. We will keep you updated throughout the event so that you know as soon as you have met the minimum spend for definite. However, we would recommend calculating the number of guests, and then multiplying this by the average amount they are likely to spend at the bar in order to estimate the likelihood of meeting this amount. Should the minimum spend not be met by the end of your event, it is the responsibility of the hirer to make up the difference after the event has taken place.
I want a specific drink serving at my event, is this possible?
Of course, after you’ve paid your booking fee we can work out the finer details of your event, including what you would like on the menu. We have a standard drinks menu which we will work to for every event, but if there are specific drinks you are after, we can adapt the menu to accommodate these. Understandably, this is subject to being able to source the drink you require. I.e. Rare Whisky’s and Spirits can be difficult in some circumstances.
Which areas do you cover?
We will travel pretty much anywhere, as long as the venue/location has sufficient access and space for a horse box. We include a 50-mile radius free of charge from NG12, and mileage is then charged at 35p per mile thereafter. Please note some locations would require members of staff to seek accommodation for the night and as such, would incur a flat fee.
Can you provide welcome drinks and drinks for the toasts?
We would be glad to. We do have a wedding drinks package available to view online if this is what you are after, however, if you are looking for something more bespoke, this can be worked out when we have your customer consultation. Once we have discussed your requirements we will be able to tailor a package to meet your needs and give you a quote based on the drinks selected.
